WELCOME.
I'm glad you've made the choice to take the next step to help your family heal. If you or someone you love is living with addiction or struggling to make healthy life changes - I'm here to help.

As a recovery coach, I offer actionable and compassionate coaching to individuals recovering from substance use disorder, codependency, or other addictive behaviors. I also work with the families who love them.
Like life coaching, recovery coaching is forward- looking, goal- orientated and helps clients and their families achieve positive results in their lives and move from where they are right now to where they want to be.

I've been working as a certified professional in the recovery and wellness field for over 6 years, and I pride myself on being a trusted and compassionate adviser to my clients and their families.

You don't have to navigate this alone.

ABOUT RECOVERY COACHING
"It's working together to find the clarity you need on how to move forward..."
What is recovery coaching?
Recovery coaching is a form of focused guidance and support for people living with active addictions as well as those already in recovery. Addictions can range from alcohol and drug use to codependency and other addictive behaviors that prevent a person and/or their family from living a safe, healthy, and fulfilling life.

Recovery coaches support positive change, helping those coming home from treatment to avoid relapse, build community support for recovery, and/or work on life goals not related to addiction such as relationships, work, education etc. Recovery coaching is action oriented with an emphasis on improving present life and reaching goals for the future.

What is your approach to recovery coaching?

I offer both individual and family recovery coaching. My approach is relate-able and down to earth, and my goal is to provide compassionate support, guidance, education, and solution-oriented coaching that allows everyone affected to move through and forward with confidence and hope. I understand that no two paths are the same, so I partner with my clients to identify what will work for their unique situation.
When you engage me as your recovery coach, I will:

-
Provide emotional support within healthy boundaries of mentoring, introduction to alternative activities, and support groups.
-
Present informational support through referrals to health, wellness, and educational assistance.
-
Provide instrumental support with family reunification and ongoing treatment options as needed.
-
Offer companionship in person, via phone, email, and text. I'll be there for you every step of the way.

I will walk the road the road of recovery with you.

Is recovery coaching the same as therapy?

No. Recovery coaches do not offer primary treatment for addiction, do not diagnose, and are not associated with any particular method or means of recovery. Recovery coaching is unlike most formal therapy because coaches do not address the past or work to heal trauma. Recovery coaches are unlike licensed addiction counselors in that coaches are non-clinical and do not diagnose or treat addiction or any mental health issues.
